| Description: This wine is very special to us. It has been created by blending ancient old sticky wine such as 50 years old shiraz with some younger wine to create a wine 21 years of age. The colour is a vibrant amber with golden undertones. The nose is rich and sweet with glazed orange peel, nuts, raisins and vanilla. The palate is full of rich sweet flavours of raisins, almonds, cashews and orange peel with the warm toasty vanilla oak creating something very special. | Description: This wine is made from our Adelaide Hills Shiraz, in the classic Portuguese style. The grapes are crushed and fermented for 3 days then brandy spirit is added to fortify the wine. The colour is deep crimson The nose is full of intense blueberries and anise. The full bodied palate consists of rich dark fruits, pepper and warming alcohol. Food Suggestions - This wine is the perfect match for rich fruit base desserts and cakes. This style of wine is also a great match for a wide variety of cheeses.
