| Description: La Signora is an elegant, enchanting wine with a beguiling perfume and silky texture that is approachable young, but with the potential to improve for 10 to 12 years +. The current release 2004 vintage is produced from 44% nebbiolo, 44% cabernet sauvignon, 10% shiraz, 2% malbec. Deep purple in colour, it has a complex, alluring nose with blackcurrant, violet, earth, cigar-box, black cherry and aniseed. It's palate is beautifully balanced and concentrated with multi-dimensional flavour, silky texture, and wonderfully fine tannins that bring the savoury flavours to a crescendo on the finish. | |

| Description: Rosé is a fantastic warm weather wine, ours is no exception. Made by removing the juice (wine) off the skins after only a couple of days in ferment allows us to create a light red wine that can be served either chilled (Recommended) or at room temperature. Our Rosé is made from 100% Shiraz. On the nose it has intense floral, raspberry and cherry aromas which follow on to the palate. The palate displays red summer fruits with a hint of sweetness to make this a beautiful rounded wine, and has a hint of sweetness to finish (6 g/L of residual sugar). | Description: This wine is named after the road where our Estate vineyard is located. Razorback Road is a more serious alternative Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon blend to the Brabo. It receives a greater time is French oak barrels which help to impart extra complexity to this blend. The colour is red to crimson. On the nose this wine shows elegant floral aromas with a hint of toasty oak and red currants. The palate displays red berry characteristics such as currants and raspberries, soft vanillin oak and fresh acidity which well help this wine to age well. Food suggestions - Fine tannins and a full, round mouthfeel make this wine very versatile when drinking with food, white and red meats will work well with this wine - Suggested serving temperature 14-18 °C - Drink now from 2008 to 2012 | |
